Service availability during opening hours After 5:00pm and at weekends the Library offers limited Help Point services, study space, photocopying and video viewers. Because the Library operates with reduced staffing in the evenings and at weekends, it is not possible to give help with use of equipment and services, nor to fetch material from store. All other services including photocopying, use of computer workstations, Group Study Rooms, video viewers and self-issue machines will finish 15 minutes before closing time. The Help Point closes on weekdays at 8:30pm during term-time. After that time, a Reference Only service operates until Midnight, with the self-service kiosks providing facilities to issue and return books. During vacation time (non-term time) we have a reduced service and you are advised to keep a look out for posters and web pages detailing library vacation hours closer to those times, and/or telephone to check on arrangements.
