Please ensure that you have included your current e-mail address in your letter of application or on the registration form you completed on your first visit.

You will be granted access if we feel that your application indicates a genuine need to consult material held by QM Library, not readily available to you elsewhere in London. We will always attempt to respond to your application by e-mail within one week, although in late September & throughout October this may not always be possible. In almost all cases where permission is given, term-time access will be restricted to weekday evenings (after 5pm) and weekends. Term-time weekday access before 5pm will only be granted in exceptional circumstances.

All visitor access cards will need to be renewed on an annual basis in September each year, by means of a written application with continued genuine need to consult material held by QM Library, not readily available to you elsewhere in London, demonstrated in the renewal application.
