You may have experienced problems recently with connecting to the College Wi-Fi network in Mile End Library during peak periods.
Library Services reported these issues to our colleagues in the IT Services Networks Team, and they have now made considerable changes to the Wi-Fi set-up within the Mile End Library in order to resolve the problems.
Our own monitoring within the last few days seems to show that the service is now working much better.
However, if you are still having problems connecting to the W-Fi network from the Mile End Library, please report this to any member of staff in the Help Zone.
